Breakfast value was superior with a beautiful selection of buffet items. Hotel staff was extremely accommodating with the exception of Housekeeping. While the room was cleaned daily to my satisfaction for the most part, linens were not changed despite our request, extra bottles of conditioner were removed from my room (despite my previous request specifically

We only had one night inbasel as we traveled back to Munich, but we had a great experience. Location was great, easy walk to town, clean comfortable rooms.

The hotel had a business -like atmosphere. After touring on a very hot day, it was very nice to return and have a welcoming drink and snack. Also the air conditioning and tidiness of the hotel was welcoming!

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Espresso machines in the rooms is a nice touch. The lobby had water, coffee and snacks daily. Right in front of a major tram line. Excellent restaurant with *some* (limited) healthy food options. The price is fair. Not so great: speed of wifi is very limited and does not allow for smooth skype meeting sessions or google voice calls.
