OpenPeru Travel is committed to maintaining the privacy of the personal information you provide us when you use the OpenPeru website. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the personal information we receive about you when you visit, and/or enter data in the forms on the website https://openperu.pe or when you send personal information through other means to the reservation staff of OpenPeru travel agency.
In OpenPeru, which is a trademark registered by OPENPERU TRAVEL GROUP S.A.C. We inform you that, in accordance with the provisions of the Peruvian State in Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, in compliance with the provisions of article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, all personal data provided by you will remain stored in our database under a secure environment and will not be available to the general public, all this in order to be able to attend to your requests, respond to your queries or send the information associated with your contracted services and/or keep you aware of information that we believe may be of interest to you.
Likewise, to use some of the services or access certain content, you must previously provide certain personal data, which will only be used for the purpose for which they were collected since this information is mandatory for the preparation of the service and purchase of tickets and hiring service providers.
That information will be shared or disclosed only in the following cases:

USER REGISTRATION
Access and navigation to our web Portal, applications, and/or web components do not require prior registration. However, access to rates and/or agreements for certain services will require registration, the User is free to opt for registration or not.

Likewise, it is established that all personal information provided will not be delivered in use, marketed, sold, rented, or transferred in any way and that it will only be to maintain communication with our Registered Users.
